This gut renovation aims to address the highly dysfunctional and crowded layout caused by the previous expansions and renovations to the school. A redesigned layout provides a fluid and cohesive interior, while drawing inspiration from the school's logo and values with a playful, joyous colorful tone throughout the spaces.

Wood panels and slats create a focal point and two arched entryways in this lounge space for building residents. The slope of the fireplace cutout is both a continuation of visual language throughout the building and a line guiding the eyes from space to space.

Green tones are used throughout the space to connect with both the bright community backyard adjoining the lounge, and Summerhill Garden’s brand colors.

A stunning 1920's home tucked into the lush greenery of rural Connecticut. We gut renovated this two-family home into a single-family home.

Our goal was to maintain the connectivity of the exterior views from the main public areas of the residence. 

Our client asked for one thing - Terra Cotta. 

This is our happy place :) There is something special about designing a children's room. With the sun at its center, this room is meant to maximize open/play space and utilize playful colors and tones to create a youthful, yet 'big girl' potential. 

Playing with textures and tonality creates rich yet minimal interiors in this spacious coworking office. Rougher industrial finishes like concrete and metal are juxtaposed with soft plaster fluting and white oak for a layered and luxurious ambiance. Glass office partitions preserve the office openness and views, creating a range of workplace tiers from private to shared desk space.

Our focus for this in-progress interior design project is sourcing sophisticated contemporary finishes and furniture, giving the resident venture capitalist firm’s office a sleek yet masculine upgrade. Playing with contrasts—combining warm and cool tones, curves and sharp edges—gives the space an open and balanced feel.
